The return itself was easy , but the refund took way longer than I expected . I was checking my account for days and it got frustrating

I used it for a few weeks hoping it would help with my skin texture, but it looked pretty much the same to me. Maybe it’s just my skin, but I didn’t really see the improvement I was expecting

I bought this because it was supposed to be gentle, but my sensitive skin had a totally different experience. After using it, my face felt tight, irritated, and uncomfortable. I get that products don’t work for everyone, but brands need to be more upfront about how strong or potentially irritating something can be, especially when it’s marketed toward sensitive skin. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it was stressful and definitely not worth it.

I used it for a while and didn’t notice any lasting changes in my skin. It felt fine at first, so I was hopeful, but after giving it time, it just didn’t seem worth it for me. I also reached out about it and got one of those canned apology responses, which made the whole thing even more frustrating...

I tried it hoping to see some kind of anti-aging improvement, but I didn’t notice any results for me. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me... not much changed.

I ordered the serum and a travel-size cleanser, but when the box showed up, the cleanser was the wrong one and the sample I picked wasn’t in there. The serum was correct at least, but compared to other orders I’ve placed where everything arrives exactly as selected, this was a bit frustrating.
Customer service did get back to me, though it took a couple days and I had to send photos. They ended up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it was still annoying since I needed the items for a trip and expected the order to be a little smoother.

The box showed up crushed again, i just had that 'why is this so complicated?' reaction. It feels like basic packaging shouldn’t be this hard to get right

I gave this a try hoping it would help with my dry skin but it didn’t really do much for me and even after putting it on my skin still felt tight and dry like I needed to use another moisturizer right away.

The pump dispenser stopped working after just a few uses, and I kept having to mess with it like I was supposed to calmly wait and coax the product out. Most of it just got stuck inside, which was really annoying and felt like a waste of money.

I gave this a shot for the fine lines around my eyes and forehead and used it exactly how they said to. i didn’t see much of a difference. My skin maybe felt a little softer, but the wrinkles were still very much there. For what it costs, I expected way more. Also, I wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change after I ordered, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. I won’t be buying it again.

It’s frustrating when you’ve already spent money and just need a simple update. Based on this experience, I’m not sure I’d order again if their customer service is always this slow.

Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting this to be a bit bigger for the price. It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain about that, but I did feel a little disappointed when it showed up and I saw the size.
